Head designer Francesco Ragazzi actually designed down jackets for Moncler full-time - until 2014, when a book project gave birth to the "Palm Angels" label. Ragazzi, a trained photographer, organized an exhibition especially for the publication of his illustrated book, for which he printed T-shirts with skater motifs. These were so well received that he decided to market them professionally. Today, Palm Angels stands for casual streetwear with laid-back L.A. Vibes, inspired by the surfers and skateboarders of Venice Beach, USA.
